I would like to thank you for making the trip to your store this morning a pleasurable experience. Going out with little ones is always more of a challenge than going out solo and I would like to thank you for making your showroom easier to navigate with the stroller. I would also like to thank you for allowing me to take a picture of the table for my husband and also for going out of your way to take it down for easy picture taking. Finally, thanks so much for photocopying, pricing, and providing me with the measurements for all of the tables I requested. As far as I'm concerned, you went far beyond what I've EVER experienced from a salesperson. My daughter just loved you and spoke of you on the car ride home. She (as well as my family) can't wait to come back this Saturday! (Credit card in tow! LOL!)

 I wanted to thank you so much for helping me with the choice.  It has changed the look of my place for the better. The colors look great- subtle, but perfect. I appreciate the extra darkness in the bedroom and it is wonderful to no longer be in a fishbowl. I may never pull them up!

 The installer was also very good.

To the owner or store manager:

      I purchased a coffee table at your store last weekend, and I want to say what a wonderful experience I had. The salesperson was Sharon, and she was very helpful and accommodating. She allowed me to take the table top and two sets of legs home to try it out in my living room. It was Saturday and the movers were leaving for the day, but gladly took me to the warehouse to pick up the items. I brought one set of legs back and asked if I could see another set of walnut legs. Again, everyone was most accommodating.. All the sales staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

    I brought the second set back today, and the staff I spoke with again were very friendly and helpful.

    I will highly recommend shopping at your store.
