I see a comment about the delivery guys, Jonathan and Dave, they are great, if the warehouse makes a mistake, and it can happen, they leap into action and do every thing that they can do to rectify the problem. We are filling a condo with new furniture from them (the bulk) and two others. Hands down, they are the best. Our sales experience, after sales support and service were excellent. I rather suspect it starts at the top and trickles down, hiring just the right people and personalities to give a good customer experience.
