Dear Mr. Tinkler,

I am writing to send a bouquet regarding the service we received during our recent delivery of sofa, love seat and bed frame on Saturday Aug 8th 2015.

The delivery men (I believe their names were Jonathan & Dave) were very professional and polite.  The went above & beyond helping us move our existing couches and love seat out of our house and then moved our existing bed and mattresses out of our master bedroom to allow for set up of the new bed frame.

Please be sure to pass onto Jonathan & Dave that we appreciated their attention to our items and were very pleased with the service we received.

Hi Debra,

We really like the furniture, it looks great and Dallas was particularly impressed with the movers. They spent almost 2 hours at the house setting things up, getting felts on and helping her move our old stuff out (as I was at work). Please forward on my compliments of their efforts to your superiors, it's not often that you get movers whom take that much pride in their work. Very impressive, we'll be sharing this experience (which from beginning to end has been very professional) with our friends and family.

I would like to thank you for making the trip to your store this morning a pleasurable experience. Going out with little ones is always more of a challenge than going out solo and I would like to thank you for making your showroom easier to navigate with the stroller. I would also like to thank you for allowing me to take a picture of the table for my husband and also for going out of your way to take it down for easy picture taking. Finally, thanks so much for photocopying, pricing, and providing me with the measurements for all of the tables I requested. As far as I'm concerned, you went far beyond what I've EVER experienced from a salesperson. My daughter just loved you and spoke of you on the car ride home. She (as well as my family) can't wait to come back this Saturday! (Credit card in tow! LOL!)

The blinds finally arrived today.

They look fantastic!!

I wanted to thank you so much for helping me with the choice.  It has changed the look of my place for the better. The colours look great- subtle, but perfect. I appreciate the extra darkness in the bedroom and it is wonderful to no longer be in a fishbowl. I may never pull them up!

The installer was also very good.

To the owner or store manager:

 

I purchased a coffee table at your store last weekend, and I want to say what a wonderful experience I had. The salesperson was very helpful and accommodating. She allowed me to take the table top and two sets of legs home to try it out in my living room. It was Saturday and the movers were leaving for the day, but gladly took me to the warehouse to pick up the items. I brought one set of legs back and asked if I could see another set of walnut legs. Again, everyone was most accommodating.. All the sales staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful.

 

I brought the second set back today, and the staff I spoke with again were very friendly and helpful.

I will highly recommend shopping at your store.

Hi,

We had some furniture delivered yesterday and I just wanted to drop a quick line to say how great your two delivery drivers were.  We had a bit of a problem fitting the corner piece in the house and had to remove a door (which wasn't a straight forward removal) and they were nothing but patient and friendly.  I am sure they were at our house past their regular work hours but we would not have known it as they made sure that the connectors were installed before they left and that everything was good on our end.  I just wanted to pass this along.
